Startline program
The Startline program provides a unique opportunity for talented young people who come from a background of lack of support and resources to develop careers and integrate as programmers in the high-tech industry.
The program locates young people with high potential and perseverance and creates for them an accelerated programming framework ("bootcamp") tailored to their needs, in collaboration with leading factors in the Israeli high-tech world.
The program provides a professional-academic, emotional and social response, and helps to achieve the first foothold in the job.
In addition, the program places special emphasis on the late accompaniment of young people also during their employment.
Our goal is to provide young people with a supportive integrative envelope that is essential for their successful integration into the workplace.

Alumni Organization - Continuation Program
When you finish our annual mentoring program, we will offer you to join the alumni organization of the association which is a "counseling house" and an active community that passes on the essence of our work - there is always an opportunity to do good, there is always an opportunity to be better.
The alumni organization is your home front after the annual program. We continue to walk with you and accompany you further on your way to optimal integration in employment and the various study paths and in any dream you choose to choose.
Graduates are offered participation in professional conferences, counseling sessions and social events as well, and continue to have at their disposal an organizational envelope that assists in social networking, mediation for concrete responses and vocational guidance. In addition, we encourage our graduates to continue social action and offer internal and external organizational social engagement pathways as part of a proactive community perception (= entrepreneurial behavior, generating things and not waiting for things to happen) that we advocate.
