Amit Leeder has about 150 active volunteers in the association, most of whom serve as mentors in the association's flagship activities. Apart from them, there are other volunteers who provide answers in professional areas such as: financial advice, legal advice, emotional response, private lessons, vocational guidance and also, those who assist the association's staff in content development and training, marketing, resource mobilization, administration and more.

In order to ensure optimal integration in society and citizenship, we operate in three main axes: employment, education and soft life skills while empowering and increasing the sense of self-efficacy. The individual work is surrounded by a broad umbrella that helps the young person achieve his goals through academic assistance, partnerships with institutions of higher education and vocational training, employer relations, assistance in emotional therapy, a scholarship system and more.

The mentor is for the young person a significant figure who creates an empowering relationship with him, helps and helps him chart the path in the areas of employment, education, housing and more. In addition, the young people participate in professional content workshops and sessions that support their personal program and provide them with tools and knowledge that will help them with citizenship such as: financial management, decision making, employment and more. Every young person who joins the program experiences social involvement during the year of his activity and is expected to continue to contribute for others where he identifies a need.

How to volunteer
If the mentoring program in Amit Laderech is the core activity and activity of the association, the heart cannot operate without a support system. It is not enough to stand with the young person along an annual path, the process works when we succeed in providing the necessary responses to our young people as part of the plans we have built for ourselves in the annual process.
We need you even if you can not be a full-time mentor
Not everyone can commit to such a large and binding investment, but we also need you part-time.
