The model combines individual work and group work
Each discharged soldier is attached to a personal mentor - a mentor (volunteer) who helps him build a personal plan which includes: setting goals, setting action methods to achieve them, developing practical skills and assisting in exercising rights.

The start of the couple process, the mentors and the young people meet for the first time.
Opening training
Goes through a group of about 20 young people and includes a number of sessions spread over a month. Its purpose Prepare the young people for the mentoring process, create a basis for the personal work plan and form a group of equals that will form an intimate and inviting space of belonging.

Joint for mentors and young people - this event marks the end point of the program and until then we will summarize the young person's main achievements and examine the next steps for the future.
Take part in the community
During the year, as part of our desire to increase the sense of community and train young people in the important NETWORKING skill these days we hold a number of joint events for the whole association in which mentors, young people and adults participate. For example: education conference, community donation meetings, enrichment lectures, etc.
Professional workshops
As part of our desire to deepen the young person's personal work plan and equip him with knowledge and tools for young life, participants in various and varied workshops such as: employment, financial management, education, decision making, relationships and more. The workshops are delivered by professional content people.
Embarking on a new path
Entrance to the counseling home and the alumni community. The young people complete the official program of the association, but continue to be accompanied by us in order to continue their optimal integration while emphasizing employment, education and social involvement pathways.
